Nothing Unlucky About 13

Today it's official! We have a teenager living with us!  To celebrate I've compiled a list of the many ways he's grown. He's started out a bit small at 5 lbs. 14 oz. Today he's 5' 2" and weighs in at over 100 lbs.

Age 6 3/4
"I want a Legos Star Wars birthday cake showing 'The Search for R2D2' with Master Windu, Ventress and Anakin beside him".

Now
"I want a chocolate cake with chocolate icing."

Age 7
"Mom, I just need to get Tatiana to fall in love with me so we can get married and have our own house."
Now
"Mom, I'm going to live with you forever," said Noah
"I thought you wanted to get married and have a wife?" I replied.
"I do...I'll have a wife and we'll live in an RV and park it in your driveway."

Age 7 1/2
Noah lost his first tooth. He was so proud. He walked around with it in a little plastic dish talking to it saying, “I’m going to miss you tooth” Later we told Noah be careful not to lose it he'd want to put it under his pillow for the tooth fairy. Noah replied, “No, I don’t want to…It’s lucky…It’s a lucky tooth.”

Now
He
's now lost almost all of his baby teeth and will soon be adding head gear and braces to his look.

Age 7 1/2

‎"So you want to start earning money?..Well, how about you start by putting your clothes away and making your bed every day?" I suggested.
"No, Mom. I can't do that. I only know how to play...that's what I can do."
Now
He makes his bed every day and puts away his clothes...er, balls them up and shoves them into a drawer - but it's definitely progress. And, he does it without getting paid.
