Natalie: (for the umpteenth time) "I really, REALLY want to see that movie Mr. Peabody."
Me: "Movies cost money. Hmmm...maybe you could earn a ticket. We could make a chart and every time you sleep through the night without waking us up - you earn a star. Earn 10 stars and we'll take you to see Mr. Peabody."
Natalie: "Oh, I get it! So...if I fill the chart, you and daddy can sleep better so you can work harder to make more money so that you can spend it on me to see Mr. Peabody!"
Natalie: "Mom, I can't fall asleep. I keep worrying about my friend who lost his Dad."
Me: "Remember, all you need to do is hand your worries over to God. Let Him hold onto to them for you so you can rest tonight."
Natalie: "Ok, but will He put them in a tight case so they can't hurt anyone else?"
Me: "Of course!"
